Training
Millennium Consulting group delivers training in diversity, storytelling, board governance, team building and high performance managers. We also design and deliver train-the-trainer programs.

Coaching
Whether coaching executives, managers or individual contributors, or doing diversity coaching, we find the learning is faster with one-to-one sessions. Employees are often surprised at their own discoveries. Their added insights relate to all aspects of their work and enables them to bring immediate added value to the organization.

Building Inclusive Environments (Diversity Initiatives)
Helping organizations gain insight into addressing the hot button issues, focusing on skill building in addition to awareness, reducing gaps between policies and practices, and helping employees succeed regardless of their diversity dimension are the anchors of our diversity work. We think training is essential but it is only one component of effective diversity initiatives. We have eight design components to help organizations act on making diversity become reality.

Facilitating
“Making it easier for you to do your job” is our mantra around facilitation. We facilitate retreats and meetings that deliver on the outcomes. Our meetings and retreats are known for their on point results and high enjoyment. We leave new skills with individuals to use in the organization after we are gone.

Planning
Strategic planning, adaptive action planning, and making them operational require approaches that keep the key players engaged and excited. This we do along with using models that can compress the actual creation time. Organizations in all the sectors have asked for our help in creating compelling vision and mission statements.

Team Building
All organizations can benefit from strong effective teams. Our team building approach is issue centered (not tinker toy team building), punches up individual differences as well as similarities, overcomes roadblocks by quickly addressing difficult team issues, zooms in on cross-cultural attributes that can help fortify the team, and taps group wisdom and creativity early.

Our instructional design products include topics on diversity, managing effectively, mentoring, running productive meetings, navigating the organization, and accelerating culture change through story telling.
